General Terms and Conditions
1 Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store. Our online store is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who or which, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in exercise of his or its trade, business or profession.
2 Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with Jan Oerter 3D Druck (www.mower-tuning.com).
By placing the products in the online store, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. terms of delivery
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are added to the indicated product prices. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers. Delivery is made by insured shipping with DHL. The goods are only delivered within Germany and other EU countries.
Delivery options:
We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the order process.
We only deliver by mail order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
4.1 Deliveries to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the MeinEinkauf.ch service. All customs formalities and delivery to your front door will then be handled by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. The best way to do this is to register with MeinEinkauf.ch before you register. You can find all further details on the MeinEinkauf.ch website

5. sales tax
All prices quoted are final prices. Due to the small business status according to § 19 UStG we do not charge sales tax and therefore do not show it.

The following payment methods are available in our store.
PayPal
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
PayPal can offer registered PayPal customers, selected according to its own criteria, further payment methods in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these modalities; other individually offered payment modalities affect your legal relationship with PayPal. You can find further information on this in your PayPal account.
7 Returns Return shipment
The customer has the right to revoke the purchase contract 30 days after receipt of the goods without giving reasons. The customer must formulate the revocation in writing to the email mower.tuning@gmail.com. The buyer has to pay for the return shipment of the goods. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed by the seller.
7.1 Liability for defects
The statutory liability for defects shall apply.
7.2 Guarantees and customer service
Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online store.
8 Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here. Consumers have the option of using this platform to resolve their disputes.
In order to settle disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer or whether such a contractual relationship exists at all, we are obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The out-of-court dispute resolution body for consumers and entrepreneurs e.V., Gohliser Str. 6, 04105 Leipzig, www.streitbeilegungsstelle.org, is responsible. We will participate in a dispute resolution procedure before this body.
